Which positions are most frequently open at Seedium?

We regularly seek developers (front-end, back-end, full-stack) and UI/UX designers at Middle/Senior level. Open vacancies are always posted on platforms like DOU, Djinni, LinkedIn, and, of course, on our Careers page.

Do you hire specialists with no experience or juniors?

Typically, no. However, in some cases, based on client requests, we may onboard a Junior specialist to work on a project with the mandatory guidance of a more experienced mentor.

What does the hiring process look like?

Our hiring process typically includes submitting an application, an HR interview or screening, a technical interview or test task (depending on the position), and a final interview with the project client. The entire process usually takes about 1-2 weeks. The number and format of interviews may vary depending on the role.

Is remote work possible at Seedium?

Yes, our processes are fully adapted to a remote work format.

Can I work from any country?

It depends on the time difference between you and our HQ. If the time difference allows for comfortable teamwork, your location doesn’t matter to us.

Is English required to work with you?

Yes, English is an essential working tool for all positions, especially for those involved in international projects. We consider candidates with at least a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level. We also offer internal language courses with instructors and native speakers to help improve your skills.

Is knowledge of Ukrainian required to work at Seedium?

Although we actively use English in our work, we use Ukrainian for internal team communication. Therefore, proficiency in Ukrainian is important for collaboration with us.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes, we require a standard B2B contract that mirrors the terms agreed upon with both our clients and developers. It ensures that all parties are aware of and responsible for their agreed-upon conditions and responsibilities, providing a guarantee for everyone involved.

Does the company provide equipment for work?

Yes, if we have equipment available that meets the required technical specifications. If not, we offer a hardware compensation program.

Are there opportunities for career growth?
