In 2025, Seedium’s portfolio was expanded with a range of exciting web and mobile development projects. We had the opportunity to collaborate with startups and SMBs across diverse industries, including HRTech, SaaS, Retail, Fitness & Wellness, Marketing, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and more.

At Seedium, we are constantly improving our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of existing and new clients. In 2025, the market shifted toward AI-powered automation and vibe coding solutions, presenting both exciting opportunities and new challenges.
In response to this trend, we updated our delivery approach by incorporating AI-assisted development, enabling our clients to build and modernize software products twice as fast. We also launched a tailored offering for vibe-coded startup development, helping them secure and scale their solutions efficiently while maximizing their initial investments.

Talent Expansion and Company Structure Updates

The Seedium team keeps growing. In 2025, we welcomed 20+ new team members who strengthened our human resources and brought fresh perspectives to our projects. We also celebrated milestones with some of our long-standing teammates, marking their 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th anniversaries with the company.
To optimize in-house workflows and support future growth, Seedium updated its company structure. In particular, the HR and Business Development departments were expanded with new specialists, and a dedicated Marketing department was established to drive brand visibility and strategic initiatives.
Corporate Culture Development
To maintain and enhance the quality of our services, Seedium invests in continuous education and professional development for all team members. In 2025, the company held 5 internal educational webinars and sponsored participation in external training events. This enabled the team to expand their skills, stay updated on industry trends, and apply new knowledge to deliver even greater value to our clients.

Keeping the team motivated is equally important. We focus on cultivating a strong corporate culture and maintaining connections in our remote-first working environment, ensuring engagement and collaboration. Throughout the year, corporate events and quarterly meetings kept us aligned and provided a chance to recharge.

This achievement reflects both the team’s strong technical expertise and the confidence our clients and partners place in us through their support in the voting.

Supporting Ukraine
Seedium continues to support Ukraine following the full-scale invasion in 2022. The company actively participates in charitable initiatives and donates funds to support the military. 3 of our teammates have joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine to protect the country’s safety and independence.

Still, Seedium provides stable delivery to the clients with a team distributed across the globe. This allows us to respond quickly to unforeseen circumstances and ensure the continuity of business operations.
