Product overview

AllClinics is a healthcare market intelligence platform that aggregates data about all licensed medical organizations in the U.S. It provides users with detailed insights into hospital services, prices, insurance plans, affiliated physicians, medication, and equipment, to help researchers and businesses make informed, data-driven decisions.

The story behind

After years of working with healthcare startups and service providers, Seedium noticed a lack of pricing transparency in the U.S. healthcare industry. This makes it hard to choose the right provider or understand the real cost of care. After validating the idea with potential clients and seeing genuine interest, we decided to use our team’s skills to build a platform that gives both consumers and businesses easy access to detailed information on medical institutions across the United States.

Seedium solutions

Seedium provided end-to-end product development, including UX/UI design, back-end and front-end development, and data engineering.

AllClinics aggregates publicly available data from state and federal healthcare sources. The database is updated quarterly and is cross-checked against multiple sources to ensure reliability.

The main challenge was ensuring the system could handle a large number of files in different formats. To solve this, we used asynchronous processing and streaming in Python. This helped reduce memory usage and kept the service running smoothly.

We implemented features such as filtering, sorting, and marking data for easy navigation and comparison.  Users can view information based on medical procedure types, specific facilities, insurance providers, and regional data, such as state or county.

AllClinics includes interactive charts, graphs, and tables for data visualization. These visual elements allow users to explore and interact with complex data clearly and intuitively.

To simplify user interaction with the platform, we integrated a chatbot solution. It provides users with general information about AllClinics and its functionality, helps resolve technical and payment issues, and enables feedback collection for future product improvements.

The outcomes and recognition

AllClinics demonstrates savings of 15–40% on healthcare costs by enabling informed provider selection, insurance negotiations, and strategic planning.

The platform is currently in beta and has received positive feedback from early adopters. We're actively working on adding new features, including additional hospital-related data on doctors, medications, and equipment.

“I’m incredibly proud of the Seedium team for applying their technical expertise and deep industry knowledge to build such a sophisticated platform. It has tremendous potential to drive greater transparency and innovations in the healthcare sector.”
