GoInteractive is a SaaS web application and add-on that helps businesses schedule client appointments and reduce no-shows. The platform allows you to automatically send SMS reminders from the calendar app to appointment attendees, collect appointment confirmations, and manage all reminders easily in one place.
The story behind
With prior business experience, the client was well aware of the ongoing challenge of customer no-shows, which often led to scheduling inefficiencies and lost revenue. Another problem was that most existing reminder tools offered only one-way communication and required significant time for setup and customization. The client came up with an idea for a one-stop app that would simplify the process and let businesses send SMS reminders directly from their calendar with just a few clicks, receive customer responses, and automatically update schedules.

The Seedium team was responsible for the entire product development cycle, encompassing both front-end and back-end development. We implemented features like auto-set reminders, integration with Google Calendar, and custom dashboards that became the core functionality of the application.
To bring the client’s idea to life, our team developed a web app with a comprehensive dashboard that allows you to set up and manage all reminders in one place.
We also built a special add-on that enables users to set up reminders right from the Google Calendar. All you need to do is open an add-on, choose a meeting, and include a phone number in the Title or Description of your meeting, wrapped in hashtags: #15551234567,15553215432#. The app schedules a reminder using the Default Message and Timing from your account settings.
One of the key project tasks was to ensure clear visibility and tracking of all reminders. To achieve this, we built custom dashboards that offer a Google Calendar–like experience, enhanced with additional widgets to view appointments with no reminders, as well as those with reminders that are planned or already sent. This panel makes it easy to manage all your meetings in one place.
In addition to Google Calendar, we integrated the platform with other tools to provide a rich and intuitive user experience. It supports CRM co-browsing and live chat through Crisp, enabling prompt customer support.
To handle payments and manage subscriptions, we integrated the platform with Paddle’s payment infrastructure.

The outcomes and recognition
The Seedium team met the project deadlines and created the first version of the application, which was successfully launched on the market.
The system now boasts over 16,000 registered users and stores more than 4 million events in its database. GoInteractive continues to grow and expand its user base.
