OpenCulture is a unique recruitment marketing platform that integrates hiring with advanced video job ad features. It provides both businesses and job seekers with video recording and editing tools, while also featuring collaborative hiring and job management functionality.
The story behind
After working in the recruitment industry for over seven years, the agency that reached out to us had experienced common challenges in online hiring. They came up with the idea to build a new type of platform that would make the hiring process easier and more engaging for both employers and job seekers through features such as Video Recording and Editing Studio, and more.

The client entrusted us with creating an MVP of the platform and a website to support its promotion.
The platform uses a microservice architecture for better scalability and flexibility. We built the back-end with Node.js, using NPM packages to simplify development and manage data efficiently. This setup ensures smooth communication between the front-end and back-end for improved performance and user experience.
Our team meticulously designed the user interface and experience for both the website and web app. This resulted in a modern, user-friendly interface that provides a seamless experience across devices.
We also developed widgets for the platform to simplify navigation and boost user engagement.
Video-based features, such as company and candidate video submissions, were the core of the platform’s functionality. We carefully designed the Video UX mockup, outlining user interactions and interface elements to support smooth video creation and submission.
