Product overview
The product is an all-in-one, AI-powered platform designed for single-founder startups and small businesses with minimal or no employees. It supports entrepreneurs across the entire business development lifecycle, from shaping business and brand strategy, creating essential documents, and preparing for investor outreach, to integrating with development tools and beyond.
The story behind
The initial prototype was built on the client side using no-code tools to test the idea and attract early users. After successful validation, the client recognized the limitations of no-code solutions for a full-scale product launch and the development of advanced functionality. Managing both business and development tasks simultaneously also proved challenging. At that point, the client partnered with Seedium to stabilize the system and transform it into a market-ready, feature-rich SaaS solution.

Seedium engineers collaborated closely with the client’s team to enhance the product’s architecture, update its design, and integrate new features.
The initial system experienced high delays in output that disrupted workflows. To address this, we optimized the architecture by reducing over-reliance on Redis and BullMQ queues. We also used Bazel to build and deploy cloud functions as independent microservices, which allowed different parts of the system to run independently and more efficiently. Workloads were balanced across Cloud Run and GCP VMs, ensuring that no single part of the platform became a bottleneck.
The PostgreSQL-powered backend was restructured for greater stability. These improvements significantly improved the scalability and efficiency of the platform’s core features.
One of the key features we developed was an AI assistant for creating and revising business documents, fully integrated into existing collaboration tools. We built a document processing pipeline that converts files from JSON → Markdown → HTML → PDF, with secure storage and versioning in Google Cloud.
To enhance accuracy and efficiency, we introduced a system of AI agents with role-based personas for specialized revisions. It’s supported by smart task routing to ensure each task is handled by the most appropriate agent.
The system integrates with a range of collaborative tools, including Discord for internal communication and GitHub for storing users’ application code. We developed a Discord Bot with OAuth-based installation, enabling AI-triggered document revisions directly from channel comments. Users can upload and update documents within channels, with real-time synchronization of signed business registration documents.

The outcomes and recognition
In just the first 1.5 months, 30% of the codebase was refactored and the architecture was enhanced, replacing outdated components with modern, scalable solutions that significantly improved system stability.
The team continues to develop the product’s third version, deploying new features weekly. Users recognize the platform’s strong potential and look forward to upcoming updates.
